This exercise is excellent for strengthening your core and improving your neuromuscular responses. The key is to keep your core braced throughout this routine by bracing your rib cage to your pelvis. Do not allow your core to bend as you roll from one shoulder to the next. The Front-to-Side Bridge is an exercise that combines the movement patterns of both the front and side bridge, and acts to stabilize the shoulder, core, and lower extremity.
